The Pilates Studio offers Private & Group Sessions to fit each and every individual. Choose a Session type that honors what your body is today, what you strive it to be tomorrow and how you want to maintain it forever.

Starting your Pilates practice off right is essential. If you are new to Pilates, we highly reccommend starting with a private session or one of our p.s. fundamentals group sessions. Please use the descriptions below to help you choose a session that is right for you.

p.s. fundamentals

A challenging session that is great for those new to Pilates, back from a workout hiatus, or learning to modify, due to a specific limitation. Get into your mind & body, & practice the basic principles of Pilates: concentration, control, centering, precision, breath & flow. Experience all the apparatus’ and learn to move between them efficiently and safely.

p.s. I 

Take your Pilates fundamentals further and integrate your body with more movements to challenge & inspire. Great for those who are familiar navigating the equipment and want to stretch, strengthen, tone, lengthen and leave feeling renewed and energized.

p.s. I 1/2

A session offered for those feeling strong in their practice, but not quite ready for the faster paced flow of a p.s.II. This session is the perfect in-between. Stay forever or use as a stepping stone to another level. Remember, a half can feel like a whole lot more :)

p.s. II

The perfect Pilates session. Maintain your Pilates practice with this intermediate level session. Achieve a full-body workout inside and out, from head to toe, no session being exactly alike. Prior Pilates experience required. Please take p.s.fundamentals & p.s. I before attending this session.

p.s. flow

A more classically driven session, one that keeps you moving without sacrificing form and function. A chance to get the most out of your session, for those who have a regular Pilates practice and want to integrate into a more intermediate/advanced level. Prior Pilates experience required.

p.s. cardio

Strength training combined with cardio is the fastest-way to get the results you want. Come break a sweat using the Pilates Jumpboard to get your heart-pumping and utilize all the Pilates small props including Hand Weights, Magic Circles and much more. A fun all level session. Keep your water close by, you’re gonna need it!

Buff Bones

Take it to the MAT with this medically-endorsed workout that combines Pilates with bone-strengthening and balance techniques to optimize the health and safety of your bones. This workout follows a research-supported design of specifically sequenced exercises, making it an entire system of bone and joint health, rather than just a set of exercises. p.s. circuit 

Our newest session that is all about conditioning! You’ll focus on cardio work, building leg and hip strength, challenging the core, & developing better balance. It’s a full body intergration session, using any and all the equipment and small props & best for those with an intermediate Pilates practice who want to move & have fun!

p.s. pilates happy hour 

A fun, upbeat, all-level session that will be sure to kick-start you into your weekend! Possibilities are endless in this Pilates Happy Hour…teacher takes requests and any and all equiptment can & will be utilized! Prior Pilates experience recommended.

p.s. mommies

A Pilates session for moms to be and brand-new moms. Take a moment for yourself whether getting ready for baby or just getting back into the workout routine. A session designed for your changing body & life. {B.Y.O.Baby…let them sit and watch on your mat while you Pilates it up.}
