Alex Noll

Teacher/Studio Manager

Alex is a comprehensively trained Pilates instructor through the classically-based, Pure Body Teacher Training Program. She has had a love for the body’s movement functions from a very young age, and always carries a natural interest to continuously learn more! She has been a life-long learner of many movement practices including Ballet, Jazz, Modern and Contemporary dance styles, Yoga, as well as Aerial Yoga and figure skating. Pilates first became a regular practice for her while attending the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee and she immediately fell in love with the functional approach to the practice, which became a natural supplement to her dance career. Upon receiving a BFA in Dance Performance and Choreography, she moved to Denver, Colorado to continue her career in movement education as a Postural Therapist and dance instructor. This led her to develop a great eye for detail and an in-depth understanding of kinesiology in real time. With a strong passion to educate others, continuing her education with Pilates became the natural next step in her career. Alex believes with a consistent movement practice and dedication, we can all grow as individuals and enjoy a healthy and pain-free lifestyle. When she isn’t in the Pilates studio, you can find Alex dancing, outside hiking the beautiful mountains of Colorado or at home making candles.

Louise

Studio Mascot

Miss Louise is the The Pilates Studio’s friendly furry mascot. She’s not quite professional enough to handle all the fun & frolic that goes along with calmly watching Pilates bodies move in the studio :) but, you still may see Miss Louise drop by the front door from time to time. In her free time you’ll catch her taking long walks down Pearl Street, chasing tennis balls, eating peanut butter, loving humans (especially ones with treats) and of course…Pilates!
